We only have one body, our body is our vehicle. As kids, we squatted, ran, sat on the floor, moved with ease without the thought of whether or not we had the strength to. As we get older, we hesitate to move or are unable to move in certain ways because of injuries or a fear of injury.
What if I told you there was a way to train the body so it can be free to do anything you want?
My name is Joanne Lam and my business is where personal training meets play. As a life long athlete (basketball, rugby and in the last decade Quidditch), I value the ability to move with ease for sports, in addition to being in a constant state of readiness as we age to still be able to do the activities we love.
My goal is to help you discover what it means to feel well, to be confident and strong in both your body & mind alike.

Our bodies are covered with Fascia, sheets of connective tissue found beneath our skin. Overtime, these tighten up which can restrict range of motion (ROM), and create pain.
This is a MUST have in the monthly routine to reset the body & feel like a million bucks. When a client experiences the release, and the joy of feeling free in their body, it unlocks not only a physical motivation to move more - but also an emotional release.
